Abby is a 24 year old virgin. She has never really had any friends, not until she put a listing for her 2 spare bedrooms on Craig’s list. Working for her father’s billion dollar hedge fund company, her co-workers avoid her, and she is always alone.
Russell has become her best friend. Roxy and Honey are dating his two friends Louis and Ben, and so in their ‘super group’ Russell and Abby are always together.
Russell has been in love with Abby since the moment he laid eyes on her, but Abby is completely oblivious. He would move heaven and earth for her, and she has placed him firmly in the friend zone.
This book was just more of the same of the last two, except it also had, in my opinion, some of the worse tropes. Friends to Lovers isn’t bad, but a 24 year old virgin and a dominant? Plus the heavy miscommunication between the characters in the book. It just made the story extremely unbelievable.
I did sit and finish it in a day, but that was mainly just the fact that it was the last one in the series and I really wanted to finish the series now and move on.
The third person POV plus the recycled ideas from the previous two books just made this a not great read. I can’t say I disliked it though, any romance book with a happily ever after is like a drug to me.
