Hoog gehalte witte Amerikaanse man die zijn mannelijkheid moet zien terug te vinden en zijn psychische problemen zullen smelten als sneeuw voor de zon. Met nadruk op man en wit en wie is de baas.

Ik besef dat dit geschreven is in 1962 en er zaten ook echt mooie stukken in het boek.
