J.T Geissinger is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. Her female characters are so relatable and funny, and her male characters are perfectly alpha, charming, and funny too. The one thing I’ve noticed with her books is that everything seems like smooth sailing the majority of book, then the 💩 hits the fan at like 70-80%, then she finishes up with the the HEA. It’s a decent formula, but I wish there was more drama in the lead up to the problem/climax. That being said, I enjoyed this book. It wasn’t my favorite JT book, but like all her books it was a decent and enjoyable read. I can’t wait to read about Killian next!

It had a really strong start, and a pretty awesome ending that makes me want to continue with this series, but the middle became a bit boring, and the heroine character change didn’t make a huge amount of sense to me.

I loved all the quotes about being an introvert. It had some standout quotes to me that I really enjoyed. Overall this was a good book- not great, but good.

Liam black and Tru love story I saw this book on facebook by another book author and just on the cover itself it was a book I want to read. Liam black is the top guy in the mafia but then he meet tru somebody that he thought was sweet and she was but she did not take anything from a guy. She did not know anything about him before but she couldn’t stay from him and he couldn’t stay way from her either. But then something change and Liam didn’t want in life of the mafia anymore so what could he do get his twin brother involved. Next book is about his brother love story. #bookstagram #books #bookworm #booklover #bookish #bookaddict #bookaholic #bookblogging #booktok #igreads #insttabooks #booksbookboooks #kindlepaperwhite #bookobsessed #bookstagrammer #fivestarread

A mafia romance from J.T, which is not one of the styles of hers I've read too much with yet. I enjoyed it, just not as much as some of her other books. The little twist at the end was different than what I expected it would be, but well played indeed.

On to book 2!
