Margo reminds you of all sorts of lemons thrown at you in life, and what you make of it, albeit some questionable choices. She is raw, hilarious and often misunderstood in this modern world. This was a fun and an engaging read.

Light quick read, but not anything so interesting that I’d read again. But good one time read

I really enjoyed reading this book! The random set of challenges that the main character navigated helped me to fall in love with her and her entire story arc. She managed to turn an event that was labeled as one that would “ruin her life” into a catalyst for self-growth and a stepping stone into entrepreneurship. It was a relatable read, mainly due to the mentions of TikTok and Only Fans and the main character’s general naïveté when it came to navigating the most adult situation of her life.

This book was a subtle but powerful reminder that at the end of the day we’re all just doing our best with the knowledge that we have and the cards we’re dealt. I found myself smiling at the end, rooting for Margot and all that was sure to come in her next chapter of life.
