This is a great book to read to start learning about anti-racism. It’s very accessible.

Strongly recommend, even if you are (perhaps I should say, especially if you are) a white person who thinks you are "woke" enough. I read it almost in one sitting for a discussion. Its quick and easy enough to read, but is not "dumbed down" and holds no punches.

A really good starting point for white people wanting to be more thoughtful and mindful of the way white supremacy affects our actions and behaviours. Good at explaining core concepts such as microaggressions, tone policing etc and invites people to put aside their good intentions and query their own defensiveness.
