I am simply so confused after reading that. I don’t really know what just happened and it annoys me that I have to read an entire book before I can figure out what happens…
But! This was a good one.

Im annoyed by all the sexual things in the book but I guess it’s to be expected. I also really hate the way that the writer makes literally everyone in love with Magnolia. Just for once have someone not susceptible to her charms. I just feel bad for all the guys. They never like anyone… she plays with them… and then they learn to love but she never loves them. I hate it. It’s so awful. Worst part of the book for real.
On the bright side though, some of the dialogue in this book was so funny. One of my favorite moments was Christian and Magnolia “whisper yelling” at each other in the middle of the night. It was soooo funny. And the witty dialogue with Julian was also really fun. I also feel like BJ is finally changing which is good because I literally wanted to murder him throughout the entire first book. He sucked but he is slowly getting better. Still don’t love him though.

Over all, good read but I’m depressed because what just happened with that ending? I don’t understand.

Wow oh wow! My heart and my soul! I have a stayed up almost all night to finish this book and then I wanted to wait until the next morning to finish the last couple of chapters and I am so glad I did because I was on a roller coaster the last couple of chapters and the ending has made me….

You know, I love the toxic, messy relationship that magnolia and BJ have. I love the subtle digs and transparency that they both have for each other, but are kind of not seeing at all. The reveal of December 3 was shocking and kind of explained a lot more about their history and their connection. The December 6 reveal was shocking, but not shocking if you knew what I mean. I loved everything up until the accident and that’s when I got my suspicious hat on especially since a certain person weren’t there in the aftermath and during the announcement.

But what was even more shocking was the ending and I am hoping that it’s the worst case scenario in the mindframe and not actually book reality. But at least if it is book reality, then that person knew for sure that our pairing were finally getting their act together and heading somewhere beautiful. Steel no spice that is explicit, but I don’t care because the plot just keeps giving and giving and giving!

I am onto the next book and hoping that book reality isn’t in it!!!

I absolutely loved this book so much. My favorite of the series so far & I simply cannot wait to read book 5 when it comes out next month! Any qualms I had with the first book were resolved here & I simply cannot get over BJ’s growth and dedication to Magnolia. I was absolutely LIVING for their moments together and sweet thoughts about one another. I’ve never smiled so big like a dork reading any other book as I did while reading this. I felt so many emotions sooo deeply while reading this, giving huge credit to Jessa Hastings for writing so well and to the narrators for speaking the story into existence so well. The growth, the love, the drama, the pain, I’m sooooo here for all of it. Obsessed

This one did really drag on.

I definitely prefer Daisy's books and those POVs, so it does suck a bit that they go over the same timelines, because there are some sneaky spoilers in this book to what ends up happening. I really wonder if you switched the reading order to daisy before magnolia what would be lost or gained, as obviously the books were written and/or published in a certain order, but just interesting. Daisy and Magnolia obviously are NOT besties and so for them to exist in the same series "equally" with their loosely intertwined stories is very interesting. Excited to hop back into Daisy's POV soon :)

Ummm, wow. I don’t know what to think. That ending destroyed me in the worst possible way.
Did this book drive me insane? Yes. Did I both love and hate the main characters? Yes. Their messy love story drove me crazy. This is not a sweet story. This is a messy story about 2 people who are fated to be together but go about it in the most difficult way.
People who aren’t a fan of other men/women stay away. Magnolia and BJ spend most of this book with other people. It’s so messy but I still highly enjoyed it.
That ending. I am a crying mess. I don’t know what to do now. :(
