Not as creepy as the first in the series, but the ending more than makes up for it. And again, just the right amount of kitsch.

I like this book even better than the first one in the series. It is so funny and engaging. The first person narration, the weaving of the real and the fictional, his mastery of the form, and his own foolhardiness continues to make these shine. I’m on book 3.

Anthony Horowitz just writes a good page turning mystery. It makes me want to go look into some of his other mysteries
