2.75 ⭐️. The best, not the worst- but a nice reset after reading a very disturbing book before this one. Felt like a rip off of while you were sleeping in a a way. Better books out there.
I absolutely adored this rom-com set in Nova Scotia. This is the story of Mel, a social media influencer, who has to stay in a run down b&b when her resort has a mix up in dates. There she meets Evan, a grumpy fisherman and a fake dating scheme begins. I loved Evan's quirky family and the opposites attract vibe!

This wasn’t bad but wasn’t great. She’s an influencer who gets stuck at a rustic (almost run down) b&b. It’s run by 2 family members that are cousins. She’s sweet and he’s surly. Guess what, they fall in love. There is a sweet side to this as she not only falls in love with him but his entire family.
