Yall, did we read the same book? This was awful. I’m fine with a nonsensical premise (sudden onset psychic connection between strangers), a corny love story, and an obnoxious industry, but this simply asked too much of us as readers. A total lack of genuine human emotion and any reasonable plot points. I’m sorry to be a hater and love that we all have different perspectives, but this one really we eludes me.

I'm a sucker for a romance novel with musicians. So bring me a book about an old boy band artist and a song writer who connect through music, magic, lyrics, and love?

I'm going to adore that said book! I adored this book so much. The only reason I'm not giving the full 5 stars is because it was really predictable to me.

But other than that, this book was so good! I loved the chemistry and how lyrically the book flowed through.
