I loved this book! Beautifully written with wonderful imagery of the stone skipping through time. Initially the slight magical element seemed strange as the characters had a lovely story in themselves,  but as the book unfolded and we watched Orsola experiencing generations of historical events, some touching her more than others, I understood why she chose this concept. Would recommend

DID NOT FINISH: 50%

3 1/2 stars. It's an easy listen with good narration, but it's bland. With the time skipping, it feels more like a historical account rather than a compelling story. Characters are very, very one-dimensional.
