Well laid out and fairly easy to follow argument. Chapter four was a bit rough when following every step of the language of the Fourth Amendment, but it made sense and was important to the argument. I do appreciate the discussion throughout the book of how this affects minority and low income populations the most heavily, especially on issues like stop and frisk.
