This man wasn’t ready to date, be in a relationship or even talk to a woman.
Also, please stop describing outfits in books if they’re going to be ugly AF because omg these were bad and it kept taking me out of the story.

Ok Daddy P was so cute! I feel like the back and forth could've been addressed earlier but I still enjoyed this. Not my favorite or the series. I have a feeling that honor is gonna go to Aleks in the next book with the fake engagement trope.
But the relationship between Chloe and Ava was so cute 🥺 and all the comments about asshole cats had me dying laughing.
The popsicle did live up to the hype and honestly the spice scenes were perfect in this. All in all a solid 4 ⭐ read!

Thank you to Valentine PR and Kandi for this ARC!
This hockey series is becoming one of my favorites and if you love a single dad and nanny then this is for you!
Chloe is a sunshiney kindergarten teacher who helps Daddy P with his daughter. When he asks her to nanny and move in she decides to try it for extra money. The forced proximity and Chloe’s energy causes the two to begin a benefits relationship. They’re not friends but he’s teaching her about what she likes because of her not being very experienced.
Of course she makes the grumpy dad and his daughter smile and brings them so much love! Chloe is strong and comes from strong women.
Check TW but there is mention of loss of a parent (Daddy P was married and lost his wife).
I’m so excited for the next in this series!
Tropes:
Single dad x nanny
Hockey
Cat mom
Grumpy x sunshine
He teaches her

Single dad and nanny is my favorite! This was a fun read, I loved the opposites attract and the teach me moments! Another fun spicy read!
