Cute and entertaining, slightly fluffy but I liked the anxiety rep. Nina was very relatable but most of the other characters were a little over the top quirky and there were far more of them than was necessary.

Cute story - good summer read.

Aw man, this book hit me in the feels in so many ways. I so relate to Nina with her anxiety issues, love of books and cats, even her lack of a father. All of the characters are engaging, and the story has enough depth to keep it from being a completely fluffy summer read. I really loved it.

Very cute book. I was somewhat underwhelmed by the Tom plotline but really enjoyed the rest.

Very enjoyable book and had a lot of empathy with Nina, being also bookish and understand the impact of so many new people having on her ordered life. Didn't give it 5 stars as I felt the boyfriend's reaction when she has an anxiety attack is immature and the HEA was raced to at the end compared to the tempo previously. And I love the journal templates, thanks for that link! :)

While I have mixed feelings about the plot structure, the character Nina Hill made my introverted nature feel understood. So many passages felt like they were preaching my truth that I had to give this book a high rating.

I loved this book. It was entertaining, light and humourous . I was laughing out loud and sharing excerpts to my husband.

I'm not a big fan of stream-of-consciousness writing and that's what a lot of this book feels like. There's just a lot of random info that Nina thinks of which yeah is what normal humans do but isn't necessary in books.

Also, Nina is an inflexible snob. She doesn't really learn anything by the end though she does change a little bit. The ending just felt very rushed.
