I loved the beginning of this book but it got SO PLOTTY and I was over two-thirds of the way through it but I just didn’t care about the characters. At all. It was a series of events with zero emotional impact.

This was the final series I needed to tackle from her backlist, and I’ve loved every single one of her other books…until now. Needless to say I’m UPSET.
