This book was read for a Master's course in Education. I think it did a wonderful job of clearly outlining issues of injustice, oppression, and inequality while also providing concrete examples that were helpful and meaningful.
Though clearly intended as an overview of the issue, it went into significant detail and was very accessible in its language and examples. I see this being specifically helpful for people from dominant groups to help learn and unlearn socialized patterns.
At times I found the examples excessive and repetitive, but I assume this would be helpful for those just learning and approaching the topic of social justice education.
