God, I fucking love Remy Tate.

Is the relationship between Remy and Brooke perfect? Hell no.
Is it toxic? Probably.
Do I give a single fuck and enjoy this book anyway? You bet your ass I do.

I love this story! And I absolutely loved seeing it all play out through Remy’s eyes!

Remy is the same story from Mine and Real, but told from Remy's point of view. I liked seeing Remy's perspective on those two stories, but I thought there were some scenes from Mine and Real that were not used in Remy, and I missed them. Overall it was a good retelling of the two stories from his perspective.

I FUCKING LOVE REMY

i'm not going to say more..

DID NOT FINISH

DNF @ 27%% - actually COULD not finish

Okay so because I shelved Remy as a DNF I can't actually review it but I CAN give my observations and my general feelings so here go....

I tried and tried to push my way through Remy, I really did but I cannot & will not force myself to read anymore. In my opinion, this book is bad, very, very bad. I desperately wanted it to be good because Real was actually one of my favorite books of 2013. What I got was a poorly written, ham fisted, abomination of a book. Being that this book was REAL & MINE from Remys POV, I knew that the story was going to rehash a lot that I'd already read but I was excited to get into Remingtons head - unfortunately Remy sounded exactly the same as Brooke with the exception that Remington say "fuck" more - 557 times apparently. There is absolutely no insight into why Remy does what he does, says what he says or feels the way he feels. The repetition of words, scenting - mine - speedy - licking, and phrases was excruciating. I'm sorry, but I think in this instance Ms Evans should have stopped while she was ahead instead of spreading her original idea so thinly that her characters became unlikable douchecanoes.

As said I love Remy. Not as good as Real was but better than Mine. Only one complaint: I would have wanted to get even further into Remington's mind. A lot of the text was straight from the previous books without Remy's real thoughts - just plainly copied converstions..

5 amazing stars!

Remington is back!

I don’t know if it’s because Mine ( here is the playlist for Mine which contains all the songs) was just released or because this was a flashback book but it seems very little, I wanted more Remy!

Finally we get to be inside Remy’s head and that is amazing! This could be my favorite book in the series – mostly because most of Brooke’s whining was not present, at lease not that much. Sorry not sorry.

Remy is a character that reminds me of a small child. He just makes me what to hug him and tell him that it’s okay, everything is in the past and no one is going to hurt him now.

Because really; what he had to go through was brutal. BRUTAL.

Other than that, I still feel like time just flew by, it felt like yesterday when I got Mine and was fangirling, not that I’m complaining about it!

So after reading this series (more than once), I find myself comparing every book I read to it. I haven't found a better one and instead of picking up and trying new books I want to keep coming back to my Remy. I thought time would help me move on but it's been over a month that I first read Real, several books later and I'm still obsessing over them. In fact, all my reading friends who haven't read it are getting it for Christmas, I bought them on ebooks but then had to order a paperback book set for my bookcase, I treasure them. More than a must read series!
