I thought that reading The Real Series from Brooke’s point of view was amazing. But reading it all over again from Remy’s point of view is just beautiful. I was completely attached to the story before, but now I am emotionally invested in the entire story and the lives of every single character.. except that douche-knuckle, Scorpion!
Now all I want is the woman I love. To love me. Like nobody in my life has loved me before. And I’ll fight harder for her than for anyone.
I really want to thank Katy for allowing us access to Remy’s mind. Sometimes when a novel is rereleased in the male’s point of view, it can be a bit repetitive and boring but that just isn’t the case at all for this novel. With Remy, I felt like I was reading Real and Mine all over again for the first time. I am completely astounded of the calibre that Katy writes. I’m in awe of the way she draws you right into the lives of Brooke and Remy. You don’t feel like you are reading a book; it’s like you are there experiencing everything with them.
She’s going to be mine in every way possible.
I am thrilled that the series isn’t yet over and I cannot wait to get my hands on Ripped and Raw. It’s definitely time to see how the secondary characters relationships progress!

"When I take you, you'll be mine."
Holy sexual tension, Batman!! I love reading male's POVs cuz of all the emotions they feel, but this books is nothing like those. Now, don't get me wrong, this book had emotion, but most of it was filled with sexual tension so raw, I was fanning myself a few times. He is a fierce lover. FIERCE!
It's starts off on their wedding day. And while he's waiting for Brooke, he remembers all those things that happened between them. I thought this book was going to basically be Real from Remy's point of view. But I was wrong. It was Real and Mine together. I was very happy about that. It basically alternated between the now and then. I'm glad we got to see some of his scenes, where Brooke isn't there. We never knew how he felt about going black and needing the shots. I felt so horrible for him, at those parts. I can't imagine not being in control like that. Scary.
When we first see Remy meet Brooke, you see how he was thrown off balance, just like she was. It's nice to see a guy off kilter. The way he wanted her was slightly overwhelming. He was quite obsessive for her. I never knew the depths of his needing love, until this book. He was basically thrown away, when all he wanted was love. He wants to give all of himself to Brooke, if she'll take him.
And once he has Brooke, he will do everything to keep her.
"I'm not letting anyone take her. I'm not letting her go. I'm her Real. She's Mine."
I still loved the way music was intertwined throughout the book. Remy uses songs to show Brooke how he feels, since he can't quite say the right things. The songs they picked were perfectly written for them. She seems to understand him more and more, with his song choices.
This was a nice ending to the Remy and Brooke story. I know there are more books coming, but those will be about some of their friends. Not that I'm complaining about this sexy fighter, but it will be a nice break from all his obsessive ways.
I received this ARC, for an honest review.

This is me finishing this third book. I need a moment.
It's so rare to read these kind of books with a male voice. So, so rare. Most of the times, the narrator is the girl, who is freaking the hell out every five seconds because the man. is. so. HOT. and she is going to melt right there. Not saying that there's something wrong with that. I'm sure if I was the narrator, I would melt the
So, first of all, I loved this book because the narrator is male and it's so refreshing to read an erotic novel in a masculine voice. I lo-o-o-o-oved it. And it's Remy. I just don't know how to put this but this guy has changed my expectations of men for the rest of my life! I think even my boyfriend may be jealous of him.
I'm biased. I know I am. But I just adore Remy and Brooke. I freaking love 'em. Katy writes in such an intense way, I love that. It is difficult not to invest your emotions in her books, her characters, even her writing.
I absolutely am fascinated by the people she has brought to life in this series. I can't wait to read the rest of the series, knowing that these first three books will always be a little bit more special and I will keep them close to my heart.
Such a good read and really enjoyable to hear Remy's POV. It's not a repeat of Real and Mine, there's plenty of new material but getting in Remy's mind was both fascinating and sad. Looking forward to reading the next two related books.
I liked it but then I didn't....don't know how else to explain it. I don't like reading books from another person's point of view..most just seems like rehashing of what happened and usually they aren't that great.
This book can be enjoyed completely on its own. I enjoyed Remy's perspective over Brook's. If I had realized how the books broke down, I would have skipped not only the second but also the first and just read this. I agree with other reviewers that it is hard to see Brook's appeal to Remy given how absolutely clueless (dumb??) she seems at times. Fun but unlikely to reread.
Let's start with how I loved the first two books and had high hopes for this third book in the series. I was excited since it was in Remington's POV. But it disappointed me since I thought the story would go into Remy's backstory about his upbringing and bipolar moments. It was just a retelling of the story before just from his POV. I would of loved if that was combined in the second book. I loved the wedding plotline and wish there was more moments of that in this book. I will continue to read the rest of the books since I want to see how it ends between Remy, Brooke and Racer.
Morbid curiosity of seeing inside Remy's head and it was just as bad as I thought. Possession and jealousy are not cute and the sex scenes were completely ridiculous. Nobody TALKS like that. Ugh. I swear that his thoughts are 95% about when he can have sex with Brooke and how hard she makes him. Completely ridiculous.
Why do I do this to myself? WHY?

I loved that this book wasn't purely Real/Mine retold from Remy's perspective - it's a mixture of both past and present. The important parts of their story so far are told around the new, beyond Mine story - all from Remy's POV.
I really liked being able to read Remy's own story, how he battles against his head and his thoughts both in and out of the ring - it really gave a new perspective on the usually quiet fighter.
