Reputation is a fun yet impactful look at the Regency period and the expectations placed on people based on gender, class and race. It focuses on friendships and relationships and how these can depend on your reputation. The romance was glorious and beautifully written, as was the rest of the book. I really felt for Georgiana in the unjust situations she finds herself in. Overall, a wonderful Regency novel and I'll definitely be reading Lex Croucher's other Regency books!

Thank you to Netgalley and Macmillan Audio for providing this ARC! Very cute! This was a fun story, very Mean Girls meets Jane Austen.

Definitely check TWS before reading, some heavy topics are covered.

I enjoyed the book! Lots of great representation as well!

What a DELIGHT. This was genuinely so much fun. The premise is pitched as Regency-era Mean Girls and it DELIVERS. For a good time, call Reputation.

It was so fun to read about Georgiana getting swept up in Frances’ crew, and I was pleasantly surprised at how many heavy topics this tackled. I’ve been anticipating this one for a long time and Lex’s writing made me laugh out loud a LOT. I can’t wait for whatever they write next.
