This was a pretty good book, easy to read and get through. I mostly skimmed it. I loved the graphics. If I took more time to read it, I would probably pick up the history and the study information, as well.

Listening to this book? So Hygge. Extremely cozy.

Cute little comforting book.

Its not for me I guess..

I'm on board! Alongside great illustrations were not only practices, but also concepts, reasoning, and the theory of hygge. Generally I don't enjoy the discussion of strictly theories, but it definitely helps the reader grasp the idea of hygge rather than simply trying to deduce what a list of activities have in common.

Would recommend to anyone who is starting in square one. You'll be well on your way by the time this little guy is read through.

The idea of hygge is an interesting one but I found this book pretty repetitive. The overall layout was pleasing to the eye - I will keep it for my coffee table and a quick flip-through, but no more.

I want to give this a super high rating because I love the concept of hygge. However, the book was very repetitive in most parts. I did feel very hyggelige while reading though!

Maybe not a groundbreaking book, and it might have a few mistakes (such as living space per capita), but it was very hyggelig to read.
The book itself is very cute with its size, paper type and thickness, illustrations, and mix between nice text, fun anecdotes, and statistics.

A super-quick read on the cozy life of the Danes, with tips on how you can incorporate the same in your life.
