A very pleasant treatise on how embracing the Danish concept of hygge (loosely translated as "coziness") can make us happier. This books was more an examination of how to incorporate hygge into your life and less a display -- I thought there might be pictures of hyygeligt places, but there weren't any. Which was ok -- I'll just need to find a different book for that.

i unironically was very comforted by this book. this book is very hyggley. also i didn’t know that relationship health is the number one factor in happiness but that makes so much sense.

This was a perfect last book to read in 2021. Just reading it made me happier, and I am very excited about applying what I learned to my everyday life. I think a lot of uncontrollable factors affect our happiness, and I took this book and a guide for learning to control what you CAN, and making the best of it.
