I loved the aspect of Native American folklore and mythology in this book, it brought me back to my childhood at camp telling scary stories around the campfire. I wish I could have given this 5 stars, but Noemi's POV didn't feel necessary to me, I really only cared about Louis' POV. This book would have been great even if it was only his POV.
I was hooked at the very beginning and stuck with it but this was a slooow slog for me.
