This is fine issue. Art is good while writing is all over the place but I believe this is going to be fun run.

Generally, I object to pretty much all the Batman tropes on display here. Yeah, yeah, yeah! We get it: Batman's a negligent caretaker and guardian. We know! And an antagonist framing Batman for murder?!?! NEVER!
The pacing was good. I just can't get beyond the art. I don't think it's bad, per se, but I don't think it suits Batman (I absolutely hated his work on Justice League several years ago; undeniably, this is better). The frenetic, loud artwork nearly makes my head hurt if I look at it for too long.
