¿Cómo hablar de los mundos de maravilla que crea Cărtărescu en unas pocas páginas? Acaso esto sea lo más difícil: crear un todo en un breve espacio. Sus mundos son íntimos, mentales, sin fronteras; esto es: laberínticos, alucinados, espejos. Sus retratos de infancia y adolescencia, mis favoritos, son genuinos, cosmos.

Una de las lecturas más fascinantes de este año.
