The Rosie Project was one of my favorite books of 2013, but this sequel just treads familiar ground. Despite some amusing interludes, much of this book feels like a rehash and verges on becoming tedious.

Ok so I admit I only read this book because a colleague gave it to me and I read the first .

Damm it was not great . Don Tillman’s supposed “Aspergers” is very cringeworthy at times . I read an AMA the author did on reddit where he admits he read nothing about Aspergers and the character is based off People he knows . I dunno, felt a bit half assed and uninformed .

There is literally no plot on the book and weird shit happens all the time . I dunno , if I read the first site read the second to finish the story but you won’t get much more from the characters and you’ll be annoyed by the end .

Entertaining but not as good as the first book in the series.

3.5 stars. Not bad, just not as good as book #1. Don Tillman is an awesome character, though.

So good but recommend reading it right after The Rosie Project as not to forget the important details that make this story what it is.

kind of preddered the first book. This one was fine, but nothing more than that

This fast read was ok. It didn’t have the freshness of the first in the series, but it still had it moments. I was impressed with Don’s to make and keep friendships, and appreciated that emphasis over romance.
lighthearted medium-paced
Plot or Character Driven: Character

Not as charming as the first book

Terribly disappointing.
