These Stonewood men are just EVERYTHING!
Jett is dark, Vick is light and together they are perfect. But if that was it this would be a very short story. And Shain wouldn’t do that to us. What she did do is write another story that will suck you in from the first page and not let you go until the end.
Grab this book, spend some time in this world with these characters, Vick is so much more than she seems, and that’s why Jett can’t seem to focus on anything else.
I am loving this series and I can’t wait to read more. Don’t miss out!

IMO it was a nice story with some spice. I read the story because I wanted to read more of the Stonewood Brothers. Jett doesn’t believe in love or HEA. While Vick is trying to live her life to the fullest and hoping for her own HEA.

He called her ‘woman’ way too much. Also Jett was not giving hot, mysterious billionaire. He wanted her, then didn’t, but didn’t want her to be with anyone else when she literally said she wants a husband, kids, and the picket fence. He just too long for my licking to realize what he wanted and then finally he was ready so she had to be too.

This was such an amazing read!
I love the whole he fell first part but still kept lying to himself about liking her. Her situation was so sad so it made sense honest sense how she lived. I loved his character growth how he was shocked yet still like okay this is something i can handle how he wanted her to live just be it was amazing.
