Sarah's endings are always amazing, and leave me wanting to rate it 5 stars. However, I must step back from the heat of the moment and be objective -- while the last 1/4 of the book was fast-paced, emotional, beautiful, I felt that some other parts dragged. However, I'm very excited to see what else comes from this series!
I thought the beginning was really good and I was instantly drawn in! My favorite character was definitely Lehabah

Overall I loved this book, and absolutely loved Hunt and Bryce.
That said I have it 4⭐️ because a lot about it was really hard to get through. the beginning and end of this book is information dump. I wish the world building would have been spaced out more, because it was hard to follow at first, but once you get through it the story is great. There was a plot twist that rattled me at about 75% through, but after that it felt like some of the ending was hard to believe and didn’t fit the story. Regardless I’m anxious to see what happens in book 2.

I loved the other books, and enjoyed most of the story line/world of this one.. however at times I just cringed at the writing relating to the more adult themes - if you know what I mean. Also I found the main character to be a little bit of a wuss at times and a bit too "damsel in distress" with all her crying. She didn't really strengthen up til the very end, even then it was only other people that got her through .. I want a strong lady like throne of glass!!
