This was definitely a cozy, whimsical read—but honestly, it didn’t fully land for me. The world was charming, but also felt a little vague at times, like I was waiting for more grounding. The characters had their sweet moments, but overall they came across a bit flat, and the romance felt more “conveniently there” than developed.
It’s not that I disliked it—I can see why it’s such a comfort read for so many—but for me, it just didn’t have the depth or spark I was hoping for.

my 48h readathon put me on a reading slump so it took me almost 2 months to read this.. great book but could've enjoyed it better if i read it faster i think !
