Zany, off-beat, sexy, romantic, hilarious and utterly delightful!

DNF at chapter 5. So problematic. She remade him to her specifications? And wants to just have his automatic attention? I’m sure part of the story is how she lets him grow but I just couldn’t stomach it. I gave up.

Quirky & fun

Different than Thorne's previous books, but... thoroughly enjoyable. Romantic, a touch sentimental, and downright funny. After The Hating Game, probably my second favorite from Thorne. Give it a chance.

I appreciate the mental health rep in this story but ultimately could not get past the major consent issues.

The Good Kind of Absurd.

A wonderfully ridiculous take on the Frankenstein classic. Plenty of whimsy riddled romance, yet comical, moments. The apology, to Mary Shelley by author Sally Thorne, making it all the more fun. Shelley may be rolling over in her grave but I loved it!

An absolute delight to read. A little mystery, a little romance, a touch of comedy, and horniness.
