I really enjoyed this book and I think this book was a unique look into Elton John life. Both The writing was okay and the paced of plot was fine. The cover of the book was simple but stuning and the pictures was nice touch but the font is too small.

This is one of the easiest five stars I’ve ever given a book. I had every emotion in the world listening to it and it made me cry on the street and also clap my hand over my mouth in a grocery store. I’m going to talk about this book for like four months now and also spend $600 on an Elton John farewell tour ticket. !

Loved it! One of the best memoirs I read this year. I highly recommend listening to it on Audible or CD. Elton didn't hold anything back.
I'm a die-hard Elton fan. So, naturally, I LOVED this book. It is witty, emotional, explicit in all the right ways, and a beautiful story. If you're even slightly an Elton fan, read this.
Interesting enough but definitely gets a little preachy/self-important in some parts, especially toward the end. Lots of name dropping that seems less about setting the scene for a story and more about being showy
I have always adored this man; his way of sharing is quite fun. He makes you feel as if the two of you are simply sitting down and chatting about life in general and partaking in scones and tea. I would have finished it sooner, alas I was working a lot and I am still building up to where I’m able to read often. Make no mistake, the fact that it took me “so long” to read Sir Elton’s story is not at all because his life is not interesting. READ THIS BOOK. I will probably read I, again; this time, not to remind myself of the story; conversely, I will read it again because his life story is quite interesting.
