In the current climate of polarization and dominance of social media, just about any book addressing how to communicate more effectively is worthwhile. Duhigg doesn’t necessarily break any new ground, but he explores the core skills we can all use to become better communicators with clarity and intelligence, weaving examples into his exposition of ideas and summarizing key concepts with clear, simple graphics that all make it easier to internalize the ideas and put them into practice.
