I don't know why this book and Nemesis are in the same series. Genesis has an entirely different premise which I might've been interested in otherwise, but the plot shift was too jarring.
Speaking of jarring, one character's transformation between the last book and the start of this one felt completely out of the blue, and not for the better.
But on its own, the plot is incredibly interesting and the moral dilemmas in this book are gut-wrenching and heavy.

If you like the hunger games, maze runner (I actually never finished reading or watching either so I’m only referring to  the general concept) etc. you will probably enjoy like book better then the first one. This is easily the better book of the series. Definitely a page turner.
I general I dislike Min
she’s a weak damsel in distress who couldn’t lead a cat out of a paper bag, but was chosen for leadership because of her blind empathy

Ngl I love Sarah
so what if she tried to kill everyone to end the simulation sooner? She played the game how it was supposed to be played

Quite a few unexpected plot twists
eg. Suit guy being her dad who put her in the simulation to ‘save her’

Noah is also such a typical guy that’s all I have to say
