Not great, although there are cool elements. It's sort of fun watching Peter win for once, as he enjoys the fruits of heading a multi-national company with more toys than Batman. But that's part of the problem: this book basically turns Spidey into a quippier Iron Man or Batman. It loses a lot of the flavor of Spider-Man and his everyman, can't-catch-a-break street-level antics. Sure, there are some nods to that, but they don't make up for the overall sense that this is not a very interesting direction to take the character. Furthering that point is the fact that the chief antagonist, Zodiac, is not very compelling and appears to be headed towards a very cliched trope which I won't spoil. The best part of this is Alex Ross's covers. This wasn't the worst thing I've ever read, but I won't be continuing with the book.

i’ll always love a good spider-man story but making peter parker the ceo of a giant multinational company sort of blows up his character’s premise and not really in a way i can get on board with

[edit 7/27/19: initially i gave this 3 stars because I generally like spider-man and the art was fairly good, but due to the number of times in the past year that I’ve brought up in casual conversation how much i viscerally hate the premise of the Worldwide series, I feel the need to bring my rating down]
