This book was really interesting and I enjoyed her writing style, however, I wish she had written it as a true memoir and gone in chronological order. She hopped around all over the place in her personal timeline to try and align stories with the "Can-Do" theme and it was a bit distracting. I think it would have flowed better had it been in chronological order.

She bounced around quite a bit as far as her timeline, but as a big fan, it wasn’t hard to follow. I’ve been following Candace since she was in high school, and I really enjoyed her story.

While I’ve always been a big fan of Candace, this book just increased my respect for her. I really enjoyed hearing her perspective about the highs and lows of her life. As a basketball junkie, I loved hearing about how the game has shaped her and her experiences both on the court and in broadcasting. Lastly, Candace sprinkles in life lessons, insightful comments, and inspiring examples of resilience.
