March Book Club!

The Stars We Steal won the honour of March’s choice and the opening book for my Book Club (@bookstaholics.anonymous) with my friend Kayleigh.

I only found out recently that this is a retelling of Persuasion which was surprising and nice as I haven’t actually read it so I had no idea what to expect! The whole idea of this story is fun, I really loved the idea of a spaceship world and the Valg Season is a really fun centrepiece for the story. Who doesn’t love a little love contest

Was really enamored by the idea of this book (persuasion meets space opera meets the bachelor in paradise!!) but it just got boring super quickly
