I loved this book's take on how making different characters for different roles can be helpful for achieving excellence and changing behavior in many situations. I think I'll be going back to this one again.

In a market flooded with self improvement books this book falls incredibly short. Poorly written, mainly anecdotal stories. The writing is convoluted and hard to follow and the book is about 3 times longer than it needs to be.
