I wasn't expecting much, but it's still disappointing. Every time the story or the world building was getting interesting, there was a comment about how horny or how sex deprived Violet was. Also the nickname violence just made me cringe. The plot twist in the end was interesting, but not enough for me to continue.

Loved this book so much. I’m not usually into spice that much when I read romance novels however I felt like it didn’t completely consume the whole story line to the point where the main idea of the plot got lost so I still loved it. Even tho there weren’t many laugh out loud moments I still found myself smiling at some of the snide, sarcastic comments the characters made which made it even more enjoyable. The ending tho was something else.
