Took me 5 months to read this absolute nonsense of a book. Half the time I didn’t know what was going on and the brothers were weird, and not to mention the author made Ryth seem like a child. And Tobias calling her ugly for a good portion of the book like ok… Like the cliffhanger was good and all but do I WANT to read the next book? No.

So I just finished this trilogy, and my mind is STILL racing.
The plot was incredible. Phenomenal. Twists and turns every second. The character growth was top notch. The only thing I could have honestly done without was the “brother/sis” terms. I am up for any tropes. I’ve read everything on the spectrum. But at times it was a little uncomfortable and in my mind there reached a point where I felt they could’ve stopped with the terms, but didn’t. That’s honestly the only big negative I have for this series. Another negative I had was that I had so many questions that I felt didn’t get answered, or if they did, I had a hard time following along. I’m going to assume we have to continue on to Vivienne’s story to get more answers.
All in all, I thought it was such an action packed, emotional, spicy read. And the spice, was SPIIIIIIIIICY! *chefs kiss*. Gave it 3 stars but honestly would do closer to 3.5, MAYBE 4 stars. But again, I just felt lost in some places and the sister/brother terms threw me for a loop.

I liked the plot but somewhere from middle to end it was lost especially when her and the brother started messing around. I did not like Ryth at all.. I don't like how she was 18 but was made to be childish.. We don't really get the age of the brothers to know how much of an age gap there was between all of them. Ryth was all over the place one minute she wanted them then the next she acted like she was so scared of them. Then it went from her being scared of them to her saying she was fallen for them.. I could see her falling for Nick because he's really the only brother she has some type of connection with to the point she loses her shit about Nick's ex girlfriend saying they were back together.. Her and Tobias had sexual tension if anything. And her and Caleb's relationship was non-existence.. Her relationship with her mom was weird too it was like one minute they were close then the next her mother was cold towards her.. At the end I don't know why she would get in the car with Creed after getting in the car with him before and him driving crazy.. Out of all the brothers I liked Nick the most but I loved how Tobias was crashing out from the very start of the book.. We didn't get much from Caleb.. The spicy scenes were good and the cliffhanger has me ready to jump into the next book..Hopefully we learn more about the order and what's going on with the parents.

I wanted something fun to listen to this week while I worked and man this audiobook did not disappoint! The narration was on point and really kept me intrigued. I was definitely blushing while listening to this😂😂 I didn't realize this was a series when I'd decided to start it, now I wish I had been paying attention because I need book 2 like yesterday. I instantly liked the MMC's, the FMC did annoy me a little bit and the pet name too but I got over it😅
This is a fun, easy read and was great to listen to. If you like a good taboo step brother, bully romance this is the book for you!

Amazing start to an amazing series only character I don’t like is the main one as her personality changes to many times in one chapter
