I am not sure where to start. I never write reviews, but i feel like this one needs a little warning for others.
I tried to keep an open mind when reading this series. The first book, Mine, has a lot of potential and its super rough around the edges but i figured it would get better has the series progressed, but no. This book is basically about an 18 y/o girl who can't decide if she wants to be quiet and shy or angry and badass. and the 3 grown men who are pissed off at their dad for dating someone else after their mother passed. So, they take their anger out on the 18 y/o by degradation and SA and then they all fall in love and run away from the mafia/sex trafficking/slavery. This plot line was everywhere, the characters were never fully developed or showed any growth throughout the series and all of these books left me feeling icky.
I really hate to 'DNF' any book so I always try to finish once i have started a book, but i really really wish i had 'DNF'd' the first book but this was had to finish.
If you are into this sort of this this is no judgement or shame on you. You do you girlies, but this wasnt for me.

3.7. Good book, spoiler- she fell too fast, not much tension, but the flip side is there were more scenes.
It’s not the books fault I guess. This was a blind read for me (no summary or synopsis besides that it was a “dark romance”) and I didn’t realize until like a quarter of the way through that it was seriously every trope I hate. But can someone count how many “damn”’s are in this book? It has to be in the thousands.
interesting but…
The characters and story are interesting but just didn’t do it for me. I couldn’t really connect to anything. Do I want to know what happens next. Yes. But for me it could use a little more buildup.

This is a taboo romance and uhh.. it was a story, it was easy to read and get through. This is def pwp and I wish there was a bit more description of the plot and the mafia aspect of it. In the beginning it's not really described how both of the family's are involved but you learn more later on. I did get a but confused as times but I did enjoy it oddly enough. This book does end on a cliffhanger
