I started keeping count of the usage of the word “strode” after chapter four. Forty-eight times. The storyline is weak, it’s littered with typos, and a “twist” that is so farfetched it’s laughable.

So this book is a dark romance (obviously 🫢) and there are so many mysteries (between Ryth’s father in jail, her mom getting remarried that quick 😳😳) and that cliffhanger, guys. I wasn’t ready 😭😭😭 I need the second book right now. I need to know 👀👀👀
Once again, don’t read this book without reading the TW because it’s a very disturbing dark romance, a very hard one emotionally too with a lot of mind games 👀👀 it’s also a why choose since our Ryth is attracted to her 3 new stepbrothers 🫣🫣🫣
