Sometimes it’s families that let you down

Everything Ryth knew was taken from her the night her father was arrested by the FBI she thought things couldn’t get any worse then her home was burnt down. Her mother took her to an unfamiliar house where she was told they would stay with Creed and his 3 sons. Tobias says he hates her and sets out to destroy her whilst Nick and Caleb are indifferent but there’s a fine line between love and hate as Ryth soon finds out. I wanted to hate what the guys put her through especially Tobias but as I got more into the book I just couldn’t as they go all in to help her . I’m eagerly looking forward to book 2.

I have so many mixed feelings about this book! Mostly because of Tobias: I hated his character so, so much in the beginning and how he treated Ryth and I wanted him to stay away from her but that’s not what she wanted and that made me so confused. Also, why did the author keep talking about Ryth’s mark?
But oh my this was a spicy, spicy read!

Where to start with this book. For starters, I'm not a huge fan of RH books and only read a the odd one, but after seeing blurb on tiktok, it called to me and I'm so glad it did. It's dark, so be warned. Ryth is more than she seems and even when Tobias is pushing her with his hate, she manages to hold her own. I loved Nick, he gave me a little boy lost feel, even more so than Tobias. Nick was the caring, pleasing brother. Willing to do anything to see a smile on Ryth's face. Caleb was the strength, the one to hold them together and control Tobias when it came to Ryth. There is more going on in this story and when you are dropped with the cliff hanger at the end, I only wanted the next book more, to find out what's next. Epic read, loved all the characters. Waiting for book 2.

My first reverse harem book! Great book, that cliffhanger though ugh. I'm looking forward to the second book.

I love myself a dark, fucked up read, and this book didn't disappoint

It's taboo and dark, but I hate insta-love which this book (kinda) has. And I hate when the author just forgets about the characters past. So what happend to Ryth's friend from the other highschool? And what is up with the name "Ryth"??

I wanna know more about the Order and what's happening with Ryth and her father. I'm downloading book two immediately!
