Completely forgot that I'd once owned this book until a friend liked "Chicken Soup for the Soul" on Facebook today. My mum bought this for me when I was about 15 but I felt that it was aimed at younger teenagers as it came across as really cheesy and preachy. I'm sure younger teens would appreciate this, so I just wasn't the target audience. Read a couple of stories before giving up.

Filled with amazing little stories that you can read through a period of time. It shows that all teenagers are not alone and reading this book over about 9 months has made me realise that life is tough but you know that you've got to get on with it.

The stories in this book are great for any teenager or just any person in general, I would totally recommend it.

My favourite story is about the Yellow Ribbon, I think it's so inspiring.

I remembered borrowing this from my high school library in 2010. Time flies.

This book was just heartwarming. I read the other books of the chicken soup and the teenage soul when I was a teenager and I stumbled upon this one a year or so ago. I couldn't resist buying it. the book is as good as I remember the others were. these real stories and experiences really inspire me.

Read a story a day, you feel a lot better. its a capsule for happiness and inner peace.

Loved it! A lot of the short stories are highly relatable for me and a few AWESOME ones made me cry...
Changed me as a person - for the better...
informative inspiring slow-paced

A little bit depressing, for the most part.

As always, a great collection of reads. Some fun, others sad, sure to have whatever you're looking for.
