Ummm… You see, I wasn’t the biggest fan. Actually, I was in the beginning because it started of really strong. Then when I was like 200 pages in and there was still no action I was yeah, well, it’s good but it will be better when something exciting actually happens. And then one day I flipped a page thinking “okay this is interesting so maybe we can finally get some action now?” only to find out it was the very last page of the book. Which honestly made me go “wtf” because how the hell did literally nothing happen in this book?? I honestly don’t know lmao. It was good, the concept was great and Wrath was lovely but.. that’s it. So sad to say that. Hopefully in the next one something actually happens.

Is a story about sisters that are witches and a deal with the devil. Is intriguing and it keeps you guessing of who and what is the truth.

Every day I finish a book in one sitting and every day I end up adding its sequel to my TBR. I totally understand why everyone got so hot for this release... Wrath is a total dreamboat and I can’t wait for book two!

Emilia and Wrath's banter was the highlight for me. The tension between them was definitely sizzling. But beyond that, not much really happened. I felt like I learned more about food than the actual world-building. The plot twist was obvious and everything just felt too convenient.

Such a great read, it has murder mystery, Italian culture, witches and other magical creatures, princes of hell, and great bantering/tension
