A very good follow-up on the second book. The stakes were higher in this book. I will definitely read the third book in the near future!

This is an unexpectedly dark book. A great follow up to the first book.

I couldn’t get into it the way I did with the first book. I might try again later, though.

Really liked the ending but I hope there is more to this series. Just a bit slow with so much world building.

I think I liked this one even better than the first one.
Loved all the magical aspects in this. Also, I've listened to this as an audiobook and the woman who does all the voices is absolutely brilliant.

This was a really great sequel, although I didn’t love it as much as nevermoor. This was still a fun and magical read. I gave it 4 stars because it felt slow at the beginning and I had a slightly difficult time getting into the writing again but I once it started picking up, I was enjoying it more! I really loved the found family themes continued on in the sequel with the wundrous society junior unit 919! I loved seeing the characters work together and form friendships. I loved seeing Morrigan accept that being a wundersmith isn’t evil! Excited to see what happens in Hollowpox!

This was a fun continuation of the Nevermoor series. It continued to rely on the trope of the main character not telling things to adults and thus causing more trouble for herself, but at least this time there was a plot relevant reason for that.
