5 stars for teaching me about a part of WWII I had no idea about, 2 stars for the execution. Incredibly confusing book.

I wanted to read what I believe is the first book related to the World War II novel. I have the second book "The Silent Unseen: A Novel of World War II". I found Traitor to be very complicated with indepth story. It is a very good novel but I did have to focus what was going on in the story. When I did I found it to be very extraordinary story. I look forward to the "The Silent Unseen".

I always love to read history books but for some reason I found this one a little hard to follow along. At first I thought it was multiple POVs but it wasn't. The plot itself was promising but, I just felt like it went really fast, but slow at the same time when it came to my interest in reading it.

Traitor is beautifully written and richly complex, set in a time and place in WWII that I've never personally read about before. It was so engaging I ended up reading it in one sitting. Check out my full review on Forever Young Adult.
