Surprisingly charming. I enjoyed the sound effects in the audio version, like an old time radio show. A short and sweet palette cleanser after a long and meandering novel.

Based on a true story which I will check out in more detail. This was ok until a certain point when they go to the Coast Guard base and then the dialogue goes off the rails with uncharacteristic speeches and a bang out of nowhere romance conflict.
Then flash forward to NYC and two old ladies sitting around and one gives a wonky dialogue about “I was screwing Harvard boys" what the hell????
What I thought was going to be historical fiction turned into some fantasy with wonky bad taste!

Short yet interesting audiobook on what may have happened when Amelia Earhart's plane went down. I loved that there were multiple narrators as I have a hard time with audiobooks at times.

Audio book review.
A beautiful and sad and somewhat optimistic look at a girl who received the last communication from Amelia Earhart before her plane went missing. This is the sort of history lesson I can get behind!

The first half focused alot on plane talks which flew over my head and made me not enjoy the story not because it was bad I just had trouble following and would get confused or lost when they were talking all about the planes and such. (I know nothing about planes) The second half however was much better to me, less technical and I enjoyed it. The narration was especially good, I really liked that as well.

This one caught my attention on the originals last month and it was worth every second.
The plot was intriguing and very real in a way, since it depicted so well society in those times and the amazing personality of Amelia Earhart.
It's a good one to sit awhile and hearing to the end.

I got this audible original a while ago and finally got around to listening to it.
This is an empowering story about the disappearance of Amelia Earhart and teenager Lizzie who hears Earhart’s SOS.
I really enjoyed this audiobook. The voice actors were articulate and expressive. The final product also had other sound effects to add to the story.

Loved the idea of this book and the main character was an inspiring young girl in a time where many were not but the plot was weak and it came to a bit of an odd an sudden conclusion in the future that was hard to follow.
