This book hit all the right notes for me, part: fantasy, horror, suspense, mystery, and magic. The protagonist was real, flawed, and witty. The dialogue and interactions were modern and believable. The writing style reminds me a bit of Dan Brown, so if you don’t like constant riddles, twists, and turns, then this book is not for you. Personally I can’t wait for the next installment!
