Things I liked:
1. Getting into the details, whys of habits & habit formation
2. Practical implementation techniques for building good habits & breaking bad ones
3. Combining research/inputs from multiple authors in this field
Things that could have been better:
1. Practical implementation techniques around the Goldilock zone
2. Lack of clarity/conflict between building habits that give a 'thumbs-up' towards the identity you want to build for yourself vs what you are naturally good at based on your genes/upbringing/society. Felt like the author did not close the loop on that particular aspect.

Building on great research about habit formation, this clearly written, straightforward, actionable book helps one set the table for gradual, consistent improvement. I recommend it: it avoids all typical hype and fluff language typical of the genera.

I used think this book was overhyped especially during pandemic when everyone was locked in their houses but now I got the time to read the book and i’m still halfway but so far it’s inspiring and it challenged me to change my habits. I like how he mentioned something like acknowledging your old habits would motivate you to change them and become a better person

Good book for everyone, I enjoy to read the book. It helps me to stay focus, a lot of helpful information. Can not stop to read it until chapter 1. The author uses very simple wordings and samples so for me a non-native english reader can fully understand and relax by reading.
I started this year with really no idea of what I wanted to do or accomplish. I had a vague idea of what I wanted to really pursue but felt pressured to do it all in a certain way that I knew would be difficult to maintain and master. This book has been a delightful read in really setting up what I wanted truly and what I needed to do to achieve my goals. Here’s to a successful year and many more to come!
