“Atomic Habits” by James Clear: aka my toxic situationship with self-improvement.

You ever read a book so many times it starts judging you from the shelf? That’s Atomic Habits for me. Every time I decide to change my life (read: stop doom-scrolling, drink water like a plant, and finally become That Girl™), this book is there like, “Welcome back, dumbass. Let’s try again.” And I fall for it. Again. And again. Because James Clear doesn’t shout at me—he sweet-talks me with logic and science and sneaky psychology until I’m doing squats during ad breaks and habit-stacking like a damn wellness influencer.

Great how day to day and practical samples of understandable use cases give you more insight on the characteristics of habits. Like the samples of the wide offering of waterbottles. These simple use cases make the book easy to read.
Love the suggestions of habit stacking and temptation bundling. And another great example: the chess playing sisters.

Important is to prime your environment, even more so the 2 minute rule: for me one of the most important conclusions: tiny changes, repeatedly.

And ofcourse: reflect and review!

Some specific highlights:
P104 attractive versions of reality
P154 remove frictions
P189 future vs present focus
