I'm not really 100% sure how to rate this book. I love the idea of it (I'm a sucker for stories with timeline hops and interconnected lives) and I did enjoy reading it. But I got to the end and I just keep feeling like I want more. And I'm not sure more of what exactly, but something.
Maybe I'm just unsatisfied with the ending? And not necessarily in a way that I think is a flaw of the book. I think maybe I'm supposed to feel this way--in which case Huang accomplishes what he's set out to do. I'm left with a lot of questions and I think that I'll think about this book for a while still.
