what the helly what the helly what the hellion was that book - 2 stars only because the last like 3 chapters of the book were wild and the collapse of Narnia as the children knew it was captivating. Them all going together to Aslan’s country was beautifully written, especially the reunions of characters from previous books. However, 🗣️ SUSAN DESERVES BETTER 🗣️ and the outright racism was insane and incredibly disappointing ✋🏼

The final book in the work The Chronicles of Narnia. I found this very entertaining as the narration was performed by Patrick Stewart and his voices for the different characters especially the mouse was delightful. As we come to the end of the adventure Lewis leads us to Narnia....Heaven where we all eventually meet. Written especially for children of all ages...recommended to everyone. I can understand why this series is listed on many lists of books that should be read at least once in a lifetime.

The symbolic elements in this book are truly eye-opening. It’s always bittersweet to read about the “downfall” of Narnia—while the story ultimately has a happy ending, it’s still sad to see the Narnia you’ve grown to love throughout books 1–6 come to an end.
